Shipping Information

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Howells Jewellers and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. We ship all items using Royal Mail Special Delivery with relevant insurance. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the Royal Mail system so don’t worry if it doesn’t show you the details of delivery immediately.

If no one is in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus a £15 handling and re-stocking fee.

All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18.

When will my order ship?

All of our orders are sent out within 2 – 4 working days from the point of your order being processed (this means cleared funds have been received to our account). Orders are shipped using a Royal Mail Special Delivery service. When you receive your ‘Order Completed’ email this should contain a tracking number that will be live later that day, you should then expect delivery within the next 1-2 days.
We currently do not offer delivery on weekends.

Local Collection

If you specify Local Pickup from Howells – you can collect from our premises at 2 Quay Street, Haverfordwest SA61 1BG in Pembrokeshire – this is a free service – Once you place your order and select ‘Local Pickup from Howells’ in the shipping options at checkout, subject to completion of payment, we will send you an ‘Order Pickup’ email showing our pickup times available. Please follow the instructions sent in this email.

Please note our website only allows orders with UK Mainland addresses. If you wish to enquire about deliveries elsewhere or have any other query please contact us directly on 01437 762 050 or via our contact form.

Packaging Information

We securely pack and secure every order in a strong jiffy bag or small box.

Your order will be delivered safely and intact for you to enjoy!
