We ordered our wedding rings with howells jewellers. My engagement ring is an unusual shape and they had a wedding band custom shaped to fit it. It was absolutely beautiful and a perfect fit with my engagement ring. The service, knowledge and care they provide here is fantastic. Highly recommend.
I wanted to treat myself after what seemed a bad year and so visited Howells for suggestions. I came out with the most beautiful pair of earrings. The quality of the jewellery is second to none. The choice was fabulous and I just could not make up my mind so I went to have a coffee to think it over. After I had made my decision I went back and spent another half hour just making sure. Paul the manager is so patient, I never felt pressured into anything. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. I believe some have been there absolutly years! You can't say that about most jewellery shops these days.

We saved up for a year to get the engagement ring we so desperately wanted. It had to be resized and was sent off. That was almost 4 weeks ago, we've received no update, made empty promises of how they'll chase and call us back but we never hear anything. We were promised it'd be back in time for our holiday and we leave in 2 days and still not had an update. So upset and frustrated about this entire process.
Fantastic recent experience after making the schoolboy error of losing my wedding ring. Happened during a house move away from Pembrokeshire, so the lovely Yvonne and her associate checked their supplier for stock and offered to send to our new address in South Yorkshire. Kept in close contact throughout and new ring arrived with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommend - very smooth experience from start to finish.

I can highly recommend Howells Jewellers. I have used their services several times. They repaired my fiancé’s ring after it broke where it gad worn thin. It looked as good as new, after the repair. They also cleaned it and inscribed it for him.
They repaired a very dainty ring that belonged to my Mum. It was a piece that she loved and she was overjoyed at how good it looked afterwards.
I have also used their probate valuation service, which is undertaken in house. Paul and Yvonne are always very welcoming and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job with the valuation for probate, individually labelling each item and itemising it. They also cleaned all of the items that were valued.
I would definitely recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

Our engagement rings had been repaired previously by our grandparents many years ago, but the standard of repair wasn’t great.
Paul let us now that the engagement rings would be a challenge as they had a lot of work needing to be done, but assured us that when repaired they would look fantastic.
What an understatement!
I can’t find the words, but the emotion that we both feel when we look at our grandparents engagement rings will always be attributed to the high class standards of Paul and Yvonne at Howells Jewellers.

I went to Howells with an old signet ring that belonged to my great grandmother, it was very misshapen and worn (bad enough to not be wearable)
They sent it off locally and within two weeks it was fixed back to perfect condition for a very reasonable price,

We recently bought my engagement ring at Howells and throughout we had wonderful customer service from Yvonne and Paul. The ring needed to be sent to London for resizing and we were assured that it would be sent off on Monday and ready to be collected on the Friday. We were dubious, but they were true to their word!
